At TCI, integrity matters. Follow through is important. We are committed to doing what we say we are going to do. All of these are reasons behind the implementation of our Customer Service Guarantee.

          Service Guarantee
          TCI will provide service to you within 30 minutes of the
          established estimated time of our service vehicle's
          arrival (ETA). If not, the service call is free.
          In-shop services will be completed within 30 minutes of
          our time commitment or your next service call is free.

          Terms & Conditions
          TCI must be notified of a missed commitment within 24
          hours of the service call. This guarantee is limited to
          the price of the service call. All other charges apply.
